I made a 11x11 Led MAtrix using WS2812B-Leds , controlled by a Wemos D1 Mini and powered by a 5V 7A Power Supply. But as you can see when it turn all the LED´s to pure White it looks like this:
Any Ideas what the Issue could be?

Power supply and power wiring inadequate.
And no 1 mF capacitor on the power input terminals of the display itself.
At least the matrix itself is wired correctly, with power to all strips on each side wired in parallel.
Ok, i´ll add a Capacitor and watch if it gets better

What do you mean with inadequate?
Am i using the wrong Power-Supply?
Sorry, i am a real Newbie
I calculate that at 60 mA per LED, 121 LEDs, it will be drawing slightly more than 7 Amps, so you are really running on the limit of a 7 Amp supply and the voltage may be dipping. You should over-specify the power supply - 10 Amps would have room for comfort.
And your power cable looks rather lightweight - test the voltage at that "chocolate block" connector and see what it is. If the voltage is low, differences in the LEDs become more evident.
Finally, there is much discussion here about the variation in quality of parts coming from China. From whom did you buy this display? A Web link would be interesting. Also, the diffuser reveals colour variation more; individual LEDs viewed directly are just so bright and concentrated that the colour shades are imperceptible.
