Ws2812b to DMX converter (vice versa as you think...)

Hi,
im searching a library or a chip that conversts WS2812b signals to DMX.

There are many DMX to ws2812b converters but i need the other way around..

I have some projects that put out WS2812b signals for LED strips, and i want to use that without reprogramming to put out DMX.

is there a solution?

I'm facing the same question, have you found a solution yet? I use the library FastLed and want to control RGB fixtures via DMX.

Isn't it easier to produce the DMX signal separately from the WS2812B signal, on the same MCU? It seems perfectly doable to produce DMX output from an Arduino.
