What is it you want? A quick google search for "WT32-ETH01" brings up images of an ethernet module with standard 0.1in pitch pins. It should be simple to create a package based around a 26-pin DIL footprint (or a modified one if the module width doesn't match a standard DIL package footprint).
When I wanted to mount an ESP8266 board on a PCB I just used the footprint for 2 connectors with 0.1" pin spacing and the right number of pins. Carefully spaced out on the board they worked as required.
Ive done that with other stuff in past but i also needed schematic symbol to create propper schematic
