X-carve to Uno with TB6600 issues

I'm struggling with converting my X-carve 1000x1000 to Uno Grbl .9i Uno and TB6600
I believe it is wired up correctly but my motor direction will only work one way on all
XYZ I thought my pin outs where the issue but look correct. At this point I'm not sure what to do. I have attached a few pictures. my PUL+ is yellow Dir + is orange
the PUL- DIR- ENA- is all to ground ENA+ is to pin 8 i have tried plugging it in and leaving it off.
