Xbee and arduino 6WD rover

Hi there i am working on a 6WD UGV using arduino unos and xbee 900mhz for communication.
However i have a problem. The Xbee 900mhz requires 3.3v @210mA but the arduino can only supply a max of 50mA. And so my xbee range is extremely reduced to the point it is unusble.

So if anyone has any idea on how i should power it i would be very grateful!

And once i bypass this problem i would upload my full project!

Thanks in adavnce!

Provide an external power supply. There are plenty of ways to do this.

Thanks you for the reply, so what external power supply would you reccomend to get 210mA and 3.3v?

I'd get a 3.3V voltage regulator and a couple of caps, and tap the same power supply that is powering the Arduino, and create a 3.3V regulated power supply. YMMV.
