xbee configuration problem

Firsly,I configured the Xbee succesfully and changed the baudrate 38400.However,I want to change the baudrate 9600.It says that Unable to communicate with modem How can I solve this problem?

What the heck is "it" that is saying this?

What speed are you using to communicate with the XBee? What hardware? What type of XBee? What software?

I changed baudrate from 9600 to 38400.Then,I changed again from 38400 to 9600.Now,I want to change baudrate 38400 again but X-CTU does not read.I checked Enable API button and tried again but it does not work.My modules are XBee Pro 900 XSC Wire Antenna.

I sent +++ command the module via arduino serial monitor and it works.However,it is not readable.I tried all baudrates but it does not work

What does "and it works" mean? Does the device respond "OK"? If so, send ATID immediately after. What do you then get?
