XBee DTE from DROIDS, ASSOC led

Hello everyone,

I am working with a DROIDS XBee DTE board, and I have a question. How should one interpret the status of the ASSOC led ?

At this time, it flashes, except I don't know if that means it works or not, or whatever. Are tehre any other status, like constantly lit ?

I had a look at Digi's documentation. Since I have an XBee standard (not a Pro) Series 1, looks like the right paragraph is the one called XBee 802.15.4 / XBee 868 that states:

Products used in networks that do not use a coordinator for network
association are not set up to associate, but are configured with a default
PAN ID and destination address. To maintain LED consistency, on
power-up, these products immediately indicate association by blinking.

As far as I understand, the led always blinks, whatever the "status" is.
