XBEE not found after firmware update

Hello,

I've got a problem with my XBEE pro series 2. I've upgraded the firmware and since I can not connect to the XBEE any more.

When I'm tried to search device with XCTU I've got this message:

  • Looking for active bootloader... [ERROR] There is not an active bootloader in the module.
  • Resetting and entering bootloader... [ERROR] There is not an active bootloader in the module.

Anyone has an idee?

Google for xbee unbricking procedures. We recovered some XBees that we thought were dead.

I have tried resort procedures but they did not work. I have now realised that it is because Arduino or Arduino shields cannot be used to update firmware. They can only be used for configuration purposes. I am getting another adapter and hope I will manage to get my module back.
