Hi i was wondering if there is a way that i can configure the Xbee Pro S1 with X-CTU to send data over to my android phone without any additional hardware because my professor told me that I can do it with just one XBee Pro. I have a Xbee explorer, a adruino ADK, and a Xbee shield to attach my Xbee Pro to the arduino ADK.

No. An XBee is not a bluetooth device. Unless you bought the bluetooth device with the same form factor as an XBee. If you did, you should have said so.
In any case, you should have posted links to the XBee(s) you are trying to use.
