Xbee Setting problem

Good.
I am writing to ask for help regarding a problem to me with a XBee generadon ... I have configured as Router / END .... Analog device I wrote it and from then on will not let me communicate with the X-CTU software. I used a bridge between the Gnd and pin number 5 which corresponds to the reset but nothing happens smiley-sad. Help Me plz

The XBees are not, as far as X-CTU is concerned, network devices, so this answer makes no sense.

Please answer all the questions asked.
