Can you use the XBee Shield to control two or three XBee Radios?

If you mean can you talk to more than one radio, yes.
Well, thanks, but actually, the question I had is about two different devices:

I assumed they could communicate, since they're both 2.4 GHz and everything, but I wanted to make sure. But maybe this is a topic no one has tested yet.
The shield in your first link has no xbee and you need to buy them. If you buy two of the ones in the second link you will be fine. There are I believe four models of xbee and each has a regular and pro incarnation (the pro being more powerful).
