I'm still a newbie, but I've got a couple of projects under my belt using the XBee's and a couple of projects using the USB Shield.
However I am trying to get the EOSRemote project from Circuitsathome website working and what I need requires the use of both. I am using an Uno Rev3, a Sparkfun USB Shield and a Sparkfun XBee Shield. The project works just fine over USB, but as soon as I add in the XBee Shield the comm's drop. The sketch is running as I get the standard 'Started' Camera Disconnected message, but then when the camera is attached there is no data back from the board. I've been trying to run from the XBee Explorer shield connected to the computer as well as trying two Uno's. I've tested the XBee's just to be sure and they're working fine.
I'm pretty sure that both Comm's are trying to talk over each other, but I wondered if there's a simple fix that I cannot find anywhere on the forums to date.
