Xbee Test in X-CTU

I have my Xbee and Xbee shield attached on top of the Arduino Duemilanove board, connected to my PC USB port. I want to test it via X-CTU but when I pressed the "Test/Query" button a box appeared showed "Unable to communicate with modem"

Why the PC can't recognize my Xbee? Kindly ask for your help. Thanks! :slight_smile:

Do you remove Atmel and change jumper position ??

Nope i didn't change anything. I just plug in the Arduino Xbee Shield onto the Arduino board.
