Im trying to get my xbees to communicate point to point. Right now I have one xbeen on the xbee shield. The other xbee is on a breadboard and is powerde correctly. Both xbees have there green lights flashing at the same pace. I have installed the X-CTU software and everything appears to be ok. I guess the question im asking is if X-CTU is compatible with Vista. If not what can i use? I dont want to have to change my operating system to XP.
vista and windows 7 !!!
make sure both xbee are on the same firmware version and do a default setup .
X-CTU works just fine with Vista. I've been using it for a couple of years.
