XIAO RP2040 switch CircuitPy back to Arduino

First time I used XIAO RP2040 in Arduino mode, later I switched to CircuitPyton. But now I have to use the same XIAO RP2040 in Arduino mode. But it does not work. What I did?

  1. I Pressed the and holded the BOOT button and then connected the XIAO RP2040 to the PC.
  2. Appeared "RP1-RP2" as a disk
  3. Opened my Arduino IDE, but dissapeared the COM port.
  4. Pushed the Reset button , appeared "CIRCUITPY (D:)" as a disk name, and I find the actual COM port, but now I am in Circuit pyton mode, so I can not upload Arduino sketch.

So as I mention the problem, I can't switch back to Arduino mode.
What can I do????

I have the same problem with the Arduino Nano RP2040 connect board. I have loaded the UF2 file but cannot find the correct settings in the INFO.TXT and one other file possibly boot.py
