Xiao samd21 analog correction

I am using the SAMD_AnalogCorrection library to determine the Analog correction for a ZIAO SAMD21 board.
The program says to connect A1 to GND and A2 to 3v3.
When I connect pin A2 to 3v3 the program does not run. When I do not connect anything to A2 or 3.3vdc the program runs and I get a correction of 17.
The program was originally designed for the ARDUINO ZERO; what changes arre required for the XIAO SAMD?
