Hello, I was trying to program an ATtiny85 with an Arduino uno as ISP. This ATtiny was already use by me in the past without problems, but today when I try to upload the sketch i found this error

I've triple checked the cable connection, also used this as packed for insert the ATtiny85 in the Arduino 1.8.2 IDE.
Any solutions? I've never flash it by Clock : "External x Mhz", only with internal. I've used a 0.10uf condensator and taste it with a multimeter
