Non existant, but I couldn't find anything else for you. One of the PDFs has component values in English, so if you could get the board made up, you might be ok. There were other links on using a breadboard.
I thought you might say that! 
I already got the circuit diagram from the PDF so making my own board might be the only way to go.
I was hoping for an easier introduction to Arduino land.
Is there be much interest in noise making shields like this?

Under Synthesizers and sound generation, there is the Gameduino shield that does 64 voice output as well as video out.
Under PSG - Programmable Sound Generators, there is a SID emulator shield, and a couple of other Yamaha chip links.
Thanks but have looked at those, no-one actually did anything with a real SID?
Looks like I'm going to have to get back into PCB designing.
Can you still get SIDs? I guess there isn't much of a market for an 8bit chip tunes type shield. Sparkfun and the like are usually there if they think stuff will sell.
