You can correct the standalone of atmega64A?

Hello everyone,
I have created a standalone with an atmega64A (with the Datasheets) and I would like to know if I have not made any errors.

  • The purpose of it will be to communicate with a nextion.
  • I join the shemat

Thanks for your help

AREF to GND through a capacitor, not 5V.

AREF to GND through a capacitor, not 5V.

AREF is connected to Gnd !!

It is - I am corrected.

Looks OK then.

Using a "capacitor array" as shown in the schematic is not ideal. The bypass caps should EACH be place "close" to the power pins, which means separate caps on at least two sides of the chip...

I have an ATmega128 "Wiring Revival" project published here: Revive "Wiring" ? | Hackaday.io
It works (with m128. I believe the ATmega64 is pin-compatible.)

Ok, like that then:
sorry, I have already started the pinout
