I paid property taxes on the houses today (ouch!)
I understand that one...I've got property taxes on my mom's old house to pay (as I wait for f-ing ever in the limbo known as probate - next time, mom, leave a will).
Honestly, my next big purchase is likely to be one of the following:

Repair work on my Bronco (needs a large overhaul of the suspension, among other work - might get some locking diffs, too).

A/C unit for my shop.
If I'm lucky, maybe both...
