I am concerned to see gaps in availability of the Yun recently. Today, Adafruit and my local MicroCenter are out of stock, Amazon has increased prices to $79.99, and the Arduino.cc official store doesn't even mention the Yun, even though Arduino.cc places it as its first board under the heading 'Internet of Things'.
So, I have two questions for the forum:
Is there any broader indication that availability of the Yun is decreasing or that it might be discontinued?
If so, what's the news on Arduino's follow-up to the Yun and/or an alternative WiFi/Linux board?

@sscirrus,
Before answering those questions, it is good to know there is a fight between the founders of Arduino. It is currently in Massachusetts Supreme Court. You can likely find the Arduino Yun on the other website http://www.arduino.org/.
On #1, not at this point, but the alternatives are becoming better.
