Yun, can I use pin's 0 & 1 if not using serial

Hi, running a bit low on pins.

On the one hand it says if your not using serial, you can use pins 0 and 1, on the other it seems to suggest that 0 and 1 are used internally by the bridge library.

Bit confused on which it is?
