If I load linux in YUN sd card how do I see what Linux is doing ? I have USB keyboard & Mouse but where do I connect a monitor?? Raspberry Pi has an HDMI connector but I saw nothing on how to see Linux with an LCD or HDMI,VGA, etc. What am I missing here. Or is the view thru the Arduino half of this dual processor board?

Simple answer: the Yun is not a Raspberry Pi, and is targeted to a different audience. If you want to access the Linux command line, you do it remotely from another computer using SSH, not with a local keyboard and mouse. The Yun is an embedded controller, NOT a general purpose computer.
