Very little to go by to help you out. But I just hooked up my Yun to my brand new laptop running Windows 81. 64bit and it just found the Yun on COM3, without installing any drivers at all, it was just there.
What is the exact version of your Windows (that you mention device manager suggests that this is what you're using) as well the exact version of the IDE you have installed?

Try a different higher quality cable. I had issues with one of my cables not working and the Yun not showing up properly.
Thanks for the response guys. The first time I used the Yun the cable was the problem so I know of that problem. This time it was driver issues for some reason the driver was not being installed because my computer was not seeing the driver automatically even when I specified the folder. I had to specifically show device manager which driver to install.
