I recently purchased a Yún and Yún mini from the Arduino official website. The Yún works flawlessly so far. However, the Yún mini does not have its pin headers soldered. I'm wondering whether it is normal or not. I asked people who bought Yún mini from Amazon. They said theirs had the headers soldered. I'm disappointed that what I received is not the same as the product pictures.
I'm wondering what the return and refund policy is in Arduino store. I have opened support ticket but nobody answers me. Now I'm thinking to return it to the Arduino store and buy another one from Amazon.
It depends which one you actually ordered.
Some come with seperate header pins if you look at the product pages.
Soldering them isn't hard and its about 10-15 minutes work.
My first MKR came with seperate pins and one of my older micros also.
At some stage you will need to learn to solder to make more reliable projects so now would be a good time to learn.
