I have tried many times to create a Yun network with a name of my choice. In configure I put in a name, password, set the time zone, an create a wireless name. (By many times I mean I have a sore thumb holding the wlan button down for 30+ sec!)
After a minute or two, the Yun comes back, but with the default name Arduino Yun - xxxxxxxx. However, I can log in from the web with the name and password that I chose!
More amusingly, once or twice I found the Yun address in my port choice for the Yun. Indeed I successfully ran the console test!
Unfortunately this is not repeatable.
When I log in the error message shows
