Yun Rev2 USB port sketch-upload problem.

When I upload a sketch via WiFi, it works ok, avrdude reports: avrdude: Device signature = 0x1e9587 (probably m32u4) and everything loads ok. :slight_smile: The WiFi side works great I can access via SSH etc.

However, when I load over USB, its fails and avrdude reports: avrdude: Device signature = 0xff0d0d
avrdude: Expected signature for ATmega32U4 is 1E 95 87 :slightly_frowning_face:

I can use the serial monitor on USB just fine, just not upload sketches. And I can use the sketch terminal to access the linux side of the yun.

Anyone know a fix? I cannot find anything on google or the forums... Complete log (verbose) for USB failed load:
