The address range and maximum supported sck clock speed is based on the chip on the backpack and how it is jumpered.
Look at the chip to determine which chip you have then you can look in a datasheet for that specific model of chip to determine it address range and its maximum speed.
Looking this up should only take a couple of minutes.
Knowing how any address jumpers on the PCB affect the specific address can be bit more difficult but from the chip type you will at least know the range of addresses used by that chip and its maximum supported clock rate.
