Following picture shows the two port network to measure Z parameters
Is there any software or online calculator to have Z parameters when we changed the Resistor values. it is compulsory to change the resistor values
Please advise

I did it..... so I found only parameter calculator when change the impedance but I could not found the location change the resistor values

I can't remember the difference between a resistance value and an impedance. The lectures on this were in the last millennium. 
Your instructor probably expects you to do the math, and show it.
