Z-uno sync with bootloader

Hi all,

I'm not sure if anyone here is familiar with z wave and z-uno but I am having some issues and looking for help

so here is what is happening

I am running Arduino ide 1.8.19, I believe I have a first gen zuno as it looks like this

When I try to burn bootloader in Arduino I get this error

Arduino: 1.8.19 (Windows Store 1.8.57.0) (Windows 10), Board: "Z-Wave>ME Z-Uno, Russian, Disabled, Disabled, Disabled"

Openning port .............................. OK

This report would have more information with

"Show verbose output during compilation"

option enabled in File -> Preferences.

So then I try to do it using the gen 2 standards

Arduino: 1.8.19 (Windows Store 1.8.57.0) (Windows 10), Board: "Z-Wave>ME Z-Uno2, Russian, Normal +0dBm, Disabled, Disabled, Enabled"

Syncing with Z-Uno .............................. FAILED

Error while burning bootloader.

Closing port .............................. OK

Error 1 Can't request board information! ErrCode=-1

This report would have more information with

"Show verbose output during compilation"

option enabled in File -> Preferences.

If I run the recommended 1.6.5 for gen 1 I get this

Arduino: 1.6.5 (Windows 8.1), Board: "Z-Wave>ME Z-Uno, Russian, Disabled, Disabled, Disabled"

I have also tried hitting the reset button during, 2 different boards as I have 4, there are no issues in device manager and I have also tried a few different usb cable

Is there anything I am missing?
