I have a
Taiss LJC18A3-H-Z/AX Proximity Switch1-10mm Distance Measuring Capacitance Proximity Sensor Switch NPN NC (Normally Closed) DC 6-36V 300mA M18 3-Wire.
I want to use this to detect when it senses a metal trap door is closed. Then that will trigger a wireless buzzer/light, in the cab of a semi. Ive been stuck on how to make this work using rf transmitter/receiver etc. Any help is appreciated

Would it not be SO MUCH EASIER to determine when the door is NOT CLOSED? An open door could mean any possible position, but a closed door is a single specific position.
Correct. The Proximity sensor works fine. Im just trying to figure our how to transmit the signal via RF or something.
