15 Bit WS2812B RGB LED Ring UPDATE

Hello Everybody,
I saw this 15 Bit WS2812B RGB LED Ring,
and I've liked it and want to put it in my Arduino robot. Has anyone tried before? And any idea how to connect it to the Arduino and use it? Because it doesn't have any reviews.

UPDATE
So, i actually sacrificed and ordered it despite it doesnt have any reviews, and it arrived today
i've attached the photos Below , i used adafruit neopixel library which worked pretty well.

Wow, that is some seriously weird thing! :grinning:

It appears to be an "orphan" product with no descriptive information.

In any case, it is simply a "NeoPixel" LED string which should work with the Adafruit library. Presumably the four pins will be identified as 5 V, ground, Data In and Data Out. You should be able to address it as a 15 "NeoPixel" chain, so go ahead and report your results here. The Amazon listing is (as usual,) pretty useless, no photo of the back of the board which likely has markings, so if we had actual photos of good resolution and lighting, we might get a better idea.

Thanks for the information, I've actually ordered it and when I finish my robot car I'll post everything about it here

No, when you get it, set it up on its own to demonstrate, do some proper pictures front and back, and post them here.

We don't want to wait until you finish your robot car! :grinning: :grinning:
