2 Sensors 1 output in p5js

Hi all, new to programming and arduino projects in general and need some help.
Im looking to incorporate 2 sensors (photoresistors/touch based sensors) into 1 output on p5js. The most similar example technical wise would be this video

Joystick Input Demo Using Arduino Leonardo as Mouse/Keyboard Input to p5js

I would need help with wiring the hardware from scratch to get it working.

p5js

This is a JavaScript library. Arduino cannot run JavaScript and so cannot use this library.

Please explain more how you can use Arduino with p5js.
