As outlined in How to get the best out of this forum, you have omitted quite a few critical pieces of information. By no means a complete list: what board you are using, your sketch, properly formatted with the <CODE/> tool, and a schematic (one drawn with pen and paper is fine, Fritzing style diagrams are generally not useful).
