I would better a 20W led and a boost converter than build and waste time on building a circuit with a lot of smd leds

I know they need heatsink, I can use a boost converter too as a led driver, a 20w~50w one will be good.
At 20mA these aren't going to need much heatsink at all. Won't even feel warm.
