I am using the Arduino Uno Q for my DIY-ECG project usually in in standalone mode Project presentation: Real-time ECG data acquisition and visualization on Arduino UNO Q - UNO Family / UNO Q - Arduino Forum.
In the setup with a USB hub and a power bank, the whole cable situation became quite messy. So I designed a small set of 3D printed parts to make the setup more compact and mechanically stable. Maybe this is useful for someone else as well.

Simple Baseplate
Makes the board stable on a desk. Protects the two connectors underneath the PCB with fitting slots.

Extended Baseplate with USB Hub Mount
Since I use a UGREEN Revodok 105 USB-C hub, I made an extended version of the baseplate that can hold the hub directly behind the Arduino.
The hub slides in and is held firmly, but can still be removed. -
Clamp for Power Bank Mounting
For my DIY-ECG project, I power the Arduino from a UGREEN Nexode Power Bank. The same power bank also runs my 15.6" Raspberry Pi HDMI monitor. So I designed an additional clamp that allows the whole Arduino + Hub assembly to be mounted directly onto the power bank.
(The DIY-ECG shield is installed in the picture).
It works surprisingly well. The power bank can even be charged while the system is running.
