Hi @sterretje, that is true for local sketches, however, the Arduino IOT Cloud sketches get stored in a folder called Remote Sketchbook in the Arduino15 Library folder. The result of this is that if you reformat you HDD and reinstall you lose a load of your cloud sketches - as I have just experienced. Unfortunately even Arduino Tech Support are unable to recover them.
