Dear Sir,

Does this Evaluation Board have external antenna solution for sale? Or just has internal antenna solution?

Hello,
Be aware that this is a forum contributed to by Arduno users and hobbyists, not by Arduino themselves. That said my MKR Wifi 10101 does not have a connector for an external aerial, so I guess the answer is no.
