Access Denied library, why?

I have a problem updating the library and accessing it. How can this be solved? I'm using beta 12, Windows 10.

Error: 2 UNKNOWN: moving extracted archive to destination dir: rename c:\Users\jsem\Documents\Arduino\libraries\package-032995377\OneWireNg-0.9.0 c:\Users\jsem\Documents\Arduino\libraries\OneWireNg: Access Denied.

possibly access rights issue or an antivirus software refusing this?

try to manually delete both c:\Users\jsem\Documents\Arduino\libraries\OneWireNg
and
c:\Users\jsem\Documents\Arduino\libraries\package-032995377\OneWireNg-0.9.0

and then re-install the library
