Activator and Counter Device With Screen

Hi All

Looking to see how feasible this project is.

Brief
Act as a activation switch for 2 different systems one running on 24Vdc the other on 110DV, activate then wait a preset length of time then repeat for 50 / 75 / 100 cycles, and display the cycle count

The functions should be controlled via a touchscreen.

Unit to be powered from a 230V supply (British Mains Voltage)

Thanks for the taking the time to read this any pointers would be great as while I have used things such as PIC's in college this will be my first Arduino Project

Sounds feasible to me but can't specifically say without Details. What sensor are you looking at, what is the 110 device. Of course, an Arduino can't be supplied DIRECTLY from mains as it requires 3.3 or 5 Volts DC (depending on board) but you could easily plug a power supply (like a phone charger) into mains and run the Arduino off that.

I don't see any showstoppers in the description (other than not knowing what "110DV" should be). It's seriously short on details, though.
