Adding ESP32 to Boards Manager

I am attempting to add the ESP32 to the board manager in IDE 2.0.3. I am using the following URL:

https://dl.espressif.com/dl/package_esp32_index.json. No success.

I have searched the forum but the only thing I've found is one post that indicated it works in previous IDE versions. How can I get it to work in 2.0.3? Thank you.
