Alternative Servo to Parallax 360

Hello!

I am currently building a via midi remote controllable tube amp for guitar and I am working on the arduino control system. More precisely how to control the amps potentiometers via servo via encoder. For a good while I tried this by using parallax 360 degree feedback servos, because I thought the range of a normal servo would not be enough and the feedback would be necessary for the application. But since I am kinda stuck, I am thinking about trying another servo and solving the range problem with simple gears. The servo should turn a potentiometer with 300 degree rotation angle.

Which servo would be the best and simple to use for this application?

Thx!

It seems you're looking for a one-turn sail winch servo.

Motorised pots are available from big parts suppliers (Mouser, etc).
