Hello everyone,
I hope you all are doing well.
I have posted in September that I want to make a project on animatronic Robotic Head. Everyone here try their best to help and guide me but at that time, I was confused and didn't understand.
But The good news is that I have completed my project in April 2025. And this also get pass by our supervisor.
This Robot is Capable of Listening and understanding the questions of any type and language and send data to Gemini AI to generate answers and then Playback the answer through speakers. I have also add some custom questions that are personal about The robot like name, College name, group etc. Respberry pi 4 was used in this project with PCA servo driver for Realistic movements. Google TTS, STT, And Gemini AI services are used.
I will also Upload the complete Project Guide and Tutorial on GitHub so that Someone who want to build this can Do it easily.
And at the end, I am here only to say thank you
for your time and also to say sorry about my non serious behavior.
Here are some looks of our project:
Superb! What software did you use to design the head?

Excellent!
Congratulations
I haven't design it by myself, I have used this Design.
This link contain All Printable files and Tutorial for assembly
Cyber Syntek Head
Why? Didn't the guy you copied already do that?
He do that in different way, he use Arduino with MRL software and laptop
. And I have only used his 3D Structure, all other work was done by me and my friend. Like Programming, Respberry pi Connections and Other modifications.
You should have mentioned that in the first place. The way it was presented led me (and probably others) to conclude that you had simply followed the instructions on the GitHub repo, like it was basically a kit build.
Congrats on the W.
I was forgot to mention that. And thank you ![]()
Thank you. Here is another robotic head that you may like to use. Automata Pilgrim 7000 Head - Share Project - PCBWay
It is a Robot head inspired by the Sci-Fi movie "Automata". They used Pepakura as the base of the head. Fibreglass and body filler have been used too. To give the finishing they used some common materials like chopsticks, toothpicks, fibreglass, high impact polystyrene pieces, Christmas tree ball and PVC pipes.
Cool design, but I prefer working on realistic Projects so I use the above one.
