Why do we need this constant, recurring information?
They just obscure controls. I don't want to see the ugly black information.
Click the white X.
No matter what you post in a forum, the first thing you get are five unqualified comments from smart-asses.
That's what I love about AI. If you have a problem with a piece of code or something else, you immediately get five workable solutions.
The Arduino forum is dead. It's only interesting for zombies, masochists, and other freaks.
So what did AI tell you the solutions were?
Hi @ferihumh. Thanks for your report. I confirm the issue and have notified the Arduino Cloud developers.
I'll let you know if I receive any news from them regarding a resolution.
Welcome!
Years ago, I wrote a brilliant piece of code. Only God and I knew what it did!
Today, after all these years, only Copilot knew what it did.
Worst code ever. Ask your former colleagues.
... probably has to do with how you address people who give you correct answers.
Mismatched tense. Middle management?
Click "Reply"... good boy.
In my experience, five of something, if you ask five times. But if the bot works so well for you, why bother with the forum?
contact Arduino IoT suport
Does anyone have a support contact address in this "we know everything better" forum? And don't waste too many words!
Hi @ferihumh. Maybe you didn't notice my previous message? I have already notified the Arduino Cloud developers of the problem, so there is no need for you to report the bug to Arduino support.
Generally, from the dawn of the internet as we know it,, all web sites have a footer with contact information. How did you not know that?
There is a reason, do I really need to explain it?
After all, I'm paying for this Arduino Cloud subscription. In the interest of customer satisfaction, I think it's entirely appropriate to inform the operators about any unsatisfactory or annoying experiences with their product.
Absolutely. Thank you for your report.
Hello again @ferihumh. The developers have fixed the bug that caused the dashboard hints to reappear on every browser session. You will see the tips one last time, but once you dismiss them, they will not appear again after that.
Please give it a try and let us know if you still encounter any problems.
Note that the data about whether you have already dismissed the hints is stored as a browser cookie. So if you delete the cookies or use Arduino Cloud on a different computer or web browser, then it is expected that the hints will be shown once more (but only once).
Hello! That's very good news! I just tested it, and it works as you described! Thank you very much for your careful handling of my complaint.
