Welcome

Your post is lacking details.

Which operating system? Sounds like Windows, which version?
Which board(s)?
Does the operating recognise the board? In Windows, use device manager, in Linux use lsusb. I do not know how to check it in a Mac.
Which exact version of the IDE?

64 bit win 11 Arduino ide 2.2.19

There were more questions ! Please answer all of them.

Are you aware the IDE will find no ports unless a USB programmer or arduino board is connected.

What Arduino board are you using and is it connected? Check windows "device manager" under the COMs. You should be able to "see" your board if it is installed correctly.

Yeah i tried that

First of all did you check the Device Manager?
Are you using Mac or Windows?
You could redownload the CH340 driver from this link.

It will be impossible to help you if you don't provide clear information and answer all the questions.

You tried what? What was the result?

I tried to do this with Device manager but no hope

I asked before: which board !!

If it does not show in device manager, check your cables. Check for any yellow triangles (that is what it is in Win10, no idea about Win11) in device manager.

Also try a different USB cable, there are charge-only USB cables that only have wires for the power and ground, and lack the wires for the data lines.
