I've got a project in the planning phase for a 10 part nutrient dosing system I want to build.
So far I surmise I will need an Arduino Mega with touch LCD screen (preference) to interface with. I will also need a 16 channel 12v relay and 10 stepper motors who are coupled to a threaded rod for linear motion and connected to my relays. I would also like to use 10 bigeasy drivers for each stepper motor cause well, they seem to rock.
My question is it possible to hook up a 2.4inch touch LCD screen, 16 channel relay and big easy drivers to a single Arduino Mega board? I know that the relay will need its own power source aside from the Arduino, but will there be enough room on the Arduino to have both devices and drivers connected? If not, how would I go about doing this without having to buy 10 Arduinos and 10 LCD screens for each channel.
I know this is not the most thrilling question out there but any information would greatly be appreciated.
Thanks in advanced!
