I have a diffuse reflective photoelectric sensor S18SN6D. How can i connect so i can read the sensor value in the analog pin using serial monitor?

Looks like 10-30V on bn, Gnd on bu.
Pull bk and/or up to 5V, when sensor senses, bk & wh will be pulled low to Gnd. Monitor level at bk & wh pins.
