I see "everybody" is out of stock. Has the Arduino.cc Zero gone away? I will need a few dozen over the next several years and need know if I must make plans for a substitute.
I also wonder what happened to the Arduino.cc Zero. The Zero has been out of stock in the US Arduino.cc store for at least two months. Earlier this summer, in an email exchange with the US store, I was told that the Zero would be back in stock early in August. It is August 21, 2016 and the US store still lists the Zero as "Out of Stock".
I have an application that was prototyped on a Zero and is now holding since the Zero has not been available from the US Arduino store. It would be nice if someone who can speak with authority for the Arduino.cc folks would comment on the Zero and its availability.
I am aware of and use the MKR-1000, which is essentially a lower cost Zero/WiFi101 combo with Li-Ion support in a smaller form factor, but the Zero plugs in to existing shields and there is a lot to be said for plug compatibility with existing designs.

Well it's not a Zero per-se, but my Zero compatible Neutrino will be back in stock by mid-September and is on sale now:

As it was written on the back of PCB (arduino.cc site old pics, now we can see only the front) , Zero is :
"Made by Atmel", "assembly in ITALY".
First schematic was Atmel signed (first schematic multi-sheets for an arduino product).
What does Atmel since joining the Mbed project?

The Arduino/Genuino Zero is currently available from the Arduino.cc store in both the US and Europe.
