Hey, has anyone had an issue cancelling the arduino iot cloud subscription?
I did not realize I made a monthly subscription when I meant to pay 1 month only, and now I keep getting spammed by arduinos team with little help on how to unsubscribe because the last payment did not go through as I used a temporary card.
Do I have to pay for the latest missed month in order to unsubscribe?

Here is what my, according to them, the unsubscription page looks like:
Hey vanessa, I went through support to get my payment canceled.
In theory there is an unsubscribe button as per their self-help instructions. My issue was that I could not find the unsubscribe button because it was gone and nowhere could I find clear information as to why it is gone. Maybe they have updated their self-help since then.
If it is stated by them or their self-help that you need to not have any missed subscriptions in order to unsubscribe then you need to pay that missed payment, but you need to know that from them and not from anyone else.
