Arduino Due Voltages

I've been trying to get an OV7670 camera working for a few years now but working with Uno I was never able get voltage shift resisters to work so I bought an Arduino Due because the description said it ran on 3.3V, the same as the OV7670. After a few months down time I'm not certain that Due is fully 3.3V. Is my interpretation correct or am I about to cook another camera?

The Due I/O voltage is 3.3V:

Thanks, I wanted to be certain I wasn't just seeing what I wanted to see
